This is what I've advocated they do for years ... In fact, I mentioned
it a few days ago.
Of course, we are not carrying the bags so we have no clue what's in
them ... meaning, from outside looking in, we can make a million
suggestions and criticize what is or not done but without a clue as to
what is or not possible nor the root causes ...
