Possible display issue

I have a 4K BenQ monitor. My OS is Wiondows 10 and I have the latest driver
for the monitor.

This issue is most likely a driver issue but it is causing some issues with
filePro.

1. On the development side the screens end of field markers show a
small $'s at time when do Change Cursor path.

2. When putting up a show popup, when it is cleared, a blank, black
space is left below where the popup was. FP support has not been able to
duplicate this problem.

3. Menus - I had set a variable in my startup file set MyMenu= to the
version I am running. And then in a Menu Version I put %MyMenu% and the
version number was displayed. However this caused the menus to crash. I am
now using %@vr (added in 5.0) to display the version number - no more
crashing

By the way, this is a handy tool to use when adding new functionality to a
program that needs to be backward compatible. I have been adding SELECTBOX
to some programs to use in place of a browse lookup. This is a 5.8.02
function so When the F6 key is pressed, I check to see what version of
filePro is running. If 5.8.02 the user sees the selectbox(), if not then
the browse lookup runs. In this particular case the file being looked up to
only has 13 records so the programming for the selectbox() is fairly easy.
