Sounds to me you need to change your file structure to a header/detail,
instead of a set 15 item per invoice.
The lookup - syntax does allow you to get a new record within the same
file and you could copy all the data
from this invoice# to the new record, clear out the 15 lines and move to
that record in update mode.
The questions remains, is that really the best method to accomplish
unlimited item son any invoice?
If you do not know how to create a header/detail I would be happy to
show you.
