Erm... Level3 didn't purchase Time Warner. Spectrum purchased Time
Warner.
As for the topography, you're going to have to either -make- your filePro
server available and write a small API for what you need, and limit access
to the public-facing web server, or you're going to need to move your
filePro installation to Level 3. That, or you're going to need to come up
with an elaborate data sync routine and push data from private to public,
either with or without filePro in the mix on the public side.
If you're unable to even connect the filePro box to the net in such a way
it can at least push data to another site, then there's really not a lot to
discuss. Then hire carrier pigions and office temps, because that's going
to be your recourse.
