I may have confused in my initial post.....
Level 3 hosts our website......
However, the secure part of our website, though accessible through
phpMyAdmin on Level 3, sits on securewebexchange (meaning, if my home page
is index.html -- in order to link to my login page for consumers, the link
is actually :  https://secure2.securewebexchange.com/oursite/login.html
It was also this way before Level3 purchased TimeWarner who our original
host and long distance provider was....

I currently don't even have ANY of my filePro data accessible to ANY part
of my website  - hence my question......
My filePro server does sit behind a firewall but it has not external IP
address....only internal private class c network.....
