OT: Bad web site

I received an email telling me I had 72 hours to change my Adobe password.  So, I went to Adobes website for customer support.  The only option I could use for this is their chat option.

Ok, I wrote out what this issue is and copied the link to the text area.  So far so good.

Here is where it goes downhill:

The first return was I was number 24 in line and had a zero wait time.

The next 3 responses were that is was number 23 and had zero wait time.

The next 3 responses are that I am number 22

With a 2 minute wait time
With a 5 minute wait time
With a 5 minute wait time.

Oh, now is am number 21 with a 5 minute wait time.

I think my wait time will be more like 25 minutes.  This is just bad customer service.

I just went to 6 minutes.

My question could be a one work answer, Yes or No.
