I totally agree with Henry and Brian.We are on filePro 5.0.14 ODBC , 16 user, Windows.
The only problem I have with the license mfr is  it was a real PITA several months ago when we lost one of our servers (with fp on it) and had real problems getting a license to load and work on the new server.  FPech did help us and got it working.  The problem was that our version was so old.
We would have upgraded if they only did one thing....  A true Windows version.  I would love to use .NET screens and if possible reporting tools like Dev Express.

You have no problem because you are on the last version before the 
license manager was inserted.

That's what we're using too.
