Uhm, yeah.  It's not like VMware ESXi has no bugs.  I've encountered some.

The VMware devs put their pants on one leg at a time, same as the rest of
us.  The difference is, you're subject to their whims as far as fixing the
bugs, while you might be able to either fix yourself or hire someone to fix
an alternative solution.

I personally happen to like VMware compared to several alternatives.  That
doesn't mean it's flawless.
