    That reminds me:  I have several VHS tapes of family events I recorded
in the early 80's that I better think about converting to DVD pretty soon.
Last year  I bought an M-disk DVD burner and a package of M-disks that are
supposed to have a 1000 year life, but haven't had time to hook up a
recording system.  

Filepro tie-in:

     I still have the video  recordings that I made at 3 of the filePro
conventions.  Once I have finish recording my family videos, I will probably
burn M-disk DVD's of those conventions and will donate a set to FPtech.
That way, filePro programmers using version 82.08.32 in the year 3016 can
look back and laugh at our primitive versions 2 and 3 of filePro.       :<))
