Tony,

I did this for several clients and the biggest issue I had was the 
dot-matrix prints on all 66 lines. (top to bottom)
A laser prints in an area that will only hold 60 lines and does not use 
the half inch at the top  and bottom of the page.

Rather than changes all my reports, I added $1b &l7.27C to the end of 
print code 3 (Initialize printer).
This will produce 66 lines per page inside the allowed laser print area.
