Tony, Print Wizard might do all the work for you. If the printouts are 
done in plain text (without printcodes), and you route them through Print 
Wizard, it will automatically size the text (in each direction) so as to 
fit on the page. Optionally, you can turn on "auto orientation, which will 
cause it to switch to landscape mode if the lines are more than 100 
characters wide.

If you're talking about redesigning the reports to have a different number 
of rows and columns on the page, I can't help you.
