The worst I ran into was an offbrand terminal that Ted Rosenberg
(Lennie's brother), got for a client that passed the pass-through
print code start sequence through to the printer. This caused
the printer to go into something like a 6 inch per line spacing
mode. I had to modify my print routines to send the proper
printer initialization codes through immediately following the
printer start.
