OT: Windows 10

Why would they do that?  There's an in-place update path requiring no
installation from win7, win8, and win8.1 to win10.  I can't see why they'd
screw everyone at 10.1.  I thought the whole goal was to basically make
Windows SaaS, after a fashion...?
