OT- Cross network copies/backup

Let me introduce you to your new best friend, rsync.

There's a version for OSR6 at ftp.jpr.com.  There are other versions for
OSR5 here:  http://www.aljex.com/bkw/sco/

With CentOS and RH, you just `yum install rsync` and that's that.

The rest is left as an exercise to the reader.
