OT- Cross network copies/backup

I have a server on its last legs that is SCO V. The Rev used for backups
(IDE) is failing, or the MB is failing, and is inconsistent. The server is
ONLY used to serve up an old version of WP and store the word proc. files.



I have already copied the existing files over to both other linux servers
(Red Hat and CentOS).



Does anyone out there have or could write a cron script to copy over any
files (from the WP directory structure) that have been modified to my other
servers (2) nightly? I presume this would need to be done by tarring those
files, uucp them over and then have a cron script on those servers to untar
them?


Perhaps there is a better way?
