Lockfile Problem??

Here is another example of the same problem, this time on a different file, this time just trying to look up a free record.
It is the lockfile that is “not found” right? Or does this message really arise from some other problem? Any ideas??

Subject: Lockfile Problem??

I have been getting the following error randomly on different files while running a process that pays multiple invoices from a single check. Sometimes it happens on something as simple as looking up a free record from a transaction history file. My question is, is the system telling me it has a problem with the lockfile for the reference file? And does anyone know what the problem might be or why it might have such a problem? I have never seen this error before.

Input Processing

lnm(99)=lnm(99)-40;lnm(114)=19;
screen ;goto recp
