Octal Dump app for Windows 7 professional 64 bit

Hi:

Anybody know of a Windows 7 64 bit equivalent to the Unix OD command – I frequently need to view text files in octal or hex, but I have already wasted a lot of time scanning the internet for something like that and have not found one that I can download without being forced to also download a lot of junk that I don’t want.

I currently need this to view some filePro export files.
