Assuming it has enough ram, that's more than enough horsepower to run Xen,
and let you run more than one OS should you find you need (or want :-) to;
something you might look into.  My mail server is, I think, that exact
box; it's built like a tank, and has run 24/7 for longer than I care to 
discuss without -- knock on formica -- any hardware trouble other than
a dead drive.
