Did Intersoft die?

I can tell you that, as of early October, the owner of the company was 
looking to sell it because he had some health issues. He was responding to 
emails at
    support at securenetterm.com

I believe the website was in a similar state at that point.

I'd be interesting in hearing of any feature differences that made you 
especially like Netterm.
