Did Intersoft die?

We've needed to grab new Netterm licenses for a couple customers in the
last couple months, and first their store was inop, and now the entire
website is Coming Soon, and the 800 number is also disconnected.

Did they go belly up?

That would suck, because (all due deference to our esteem listmate :-) we've
always really liked Netterm.
