Report underline

I ran into an odd problem with a report for one of my clients.

Width 96

The last line of the header has at the start - (5) underline on and at the end (6) underline off.

Whenever he ran this report after the first record everything was underlined.  I checked for a stray (5) underline on and could not find one.

I finally printed the report to file and found the stray (5) underline on - see below after Contact is underline off and beyond that is underline on.

Problem is that underline on cannot be found or seen on the output.  I even set the report width to 255 and it is  not there.

I added in an (6) underline off at the start of each record to insure the underline is off.

Has anyone seen this type of problem or how this can happen?
