It's either there, or it's not.  The error 2 is "file not found".

Well, if someone/something deleted rclerk.exe, then that's what would happen.

That just means that someone/something might have deleted it in that 10 
minute window.

Given that dclerk still runs, I don't expect it to be a mapping issue.  I 
expect it to be "someone/something deleted rclerk.exe".
