rcleck just stopped worked

Well this is a wierd one.
 
All of a sudden users started receiving the error listed below.
 
It only happens with rclek.  dclerk works but we do not use it.  Menus and rreplort all work.
 
Here is the error...
 
CreateProcess() Failed 2(0x00000002)
comspec="(null)"
Command="V:\fp\rclerk psch -sz -xi -b
 
Justed the server.  It is up and there is plenty of space.
 
Any thoughts?
