It sets the path to the environment variable PFPROG. To see what %PFPROG% is you can drop to a DOS prompt and type echo %PFPROF%. Either it will display the contents of the environment variable or if the environment variable is not set it will display $PFPROG%.

I guess I am stupid, but how does one know what this means: "set PATH=%PFPROG%"
I have never learned what these words and "%" mean. I guess I have never had to learn.
