Printing issues

I was wondering of anybody has seen this before?

It created by pfpostprint & Printwiz and overlay of the image.

 

The created PDF file seems perfect, yet sometimes maybe 1 or 2 pages print
like this but if you print them a second time they are fine.

 

 

Any ideas?

 

 

Is it maybe a spool speed or RAW setting?

Could it be a printer processer fail? But if so why only screw up the text
part.

 

Or is there something about how Printwiz formats the PDF file ?
