@once problem

I have an import program which has worked since 2009.  Today my client called to say that the program wasn't working.

When I logged into his system and ran the import program, he was correct, it wasn't working.

I changed the menu command line form rreport to dreport and added -db to the command line.  The program went directly to @done and did not run the @once processing.  There is no auto processing.

Any suggestions as to what would force a program to go to @done when it started up and not the @once section of the program?
