Setting default printer in Windows

1 - What you used "advanced settings", what value did you use?

2 - If you use that same value in the .bat file, does it still work?

3 - PFPRINTER does not get set to the destination (that's PFPRT), but
     rather the printer name or type of the printer you want to use.
     (ie: "PFPRINTER=hp-8xx", or "PFPRINTER=to_pdf".)
