Yes, is this one of those printers that costs more to replace the
toners than the printer cost to begin with?
Assuming that the yellow cartridge DOES have toner in it, the only other
thing I would look at is how good is the electrical contact between the
cartridge and the printer. Maybe pushing it to the left or right as
appropriate.
But hopefully there may be someone else with direct experience.
