OT - Programming Talent

I'm looking to hire programming talent to help me bring my OLD fp based
application into the future.   Modern skill set (ie SQL, Ajax, HTML5, web
based access, etc) is required.  Fp skill is preferred.  Experience with fp
5.7 intefacing with MySql would be great.  I'm looking for someone with
serious experience in executing a project like this and hopefully someone
young enough to assume an ownership interest and take over for me in the
future.  

I started looking for someone last year but then got swamped in projects.
This year I intend to get this transition going.  I am looking for a full
time employee/partner, not a subcontractor.
