Command being run prints a letter

1. sub routine runs to set printer name(Listbox to select which printer) - PRINTER NAME "Ricoh";Return
2. Listbox to select letter to print; FORM "collectltr"
2. After letter prints - Printer reset;end

This programming has been working for several years now without a problem.

Since I was not on site, the message read to me was Print table for Printer Ricoh not found. This is the default printer.
