Thanks.  I agree there should be no problem but it never hurts to ask.
 
Printers will not be a problem as during this 'move' time, their printers will be set to local.

I do not see how this should be a problem.  Provided that your users have means to connect to your server by whatever mean you setup, there should be no issues with doing whatever they need to do.

That being said, this is not to account with printing to local printers which may be dependent on IP addresses and even this should not be a problem if VPN appliances are properly setup.
