JP and the mailing list -- "reply all" behavior

I would be interested in seeing your MuttLists file.  I have a
large number of mailing lists in my .muttrc file under the
'subscribe' option, then use 'L' to send to the list.  I just
added list line to my ~/.mutt_hooks file which is 'source'd in
the .muttrc file.

send-hook "~t filepro-list@" my_hdr Mail-Followup-To: filepro-list at lists.celestial.com

These send-hooks are a really nice feature of mutt in that I can
have different From: and Reply-To: headers depending on the
recipient.

I generally set up unique email addresses for any vendors or
web sites that all are aliased to me so this allows me
to look at the 'Delivered-To:' header to route incoming mail into
the appropriate IMAP folders.  Then when I reply to a message in
one of these folders mutt automatically inserts the appropriate
headers in the outgoing messages, not bill at celestial.com.
