Thanks for the suggestion.
I gave one client using large Richo printers.
I had one client how replaced a Radio Shack Toshiba made dot matrix last year. It didn't break, he just wanted to use a laser printer.
This client's dot Matrix was a Panasonic. My local Jiffy Lube still use a dot matrix printer. The manager tells me they will be changing to laser printers with the new release of their program. No more need for NCR forms.
