Richard,

You don't tell us about the network setup but I'm assuming she is on a
Windows PC with a mapped drive to a Windows server of some kind.  I
would have to say there is a scheduled process that runs at this time
every day that is causing the network card to reset or the drive to be
unmapped and then remapped.  

How many clients are connected at this time of day?  Does the error ever
occur on more than one of them during the same day/time?  Is this an
especially busy time each day?  Have they ever tried it at this time but
on the weekend?
