Invalid argument

I am one of my client's today and they have showed me that this error occurs
every day sometime between 5:02 and 5:08.

 

Today one of the clerks was trying to print labels the file itemdata.  She
received the error message Invalid argument w:\filepro\itemdata\key.

 

This was at the start of the process from a menu option.  She exited the
error message and went back in and output ran fine.

 

This error message can occur on any file at about the time mentioned.

 

Any suggestions as to what might cause this error message?
