error msg

[GCC Consulting]

I received the following from a client:

Having a problem.  Trying to enter a new BUYER/SELLER remotely.  I put
everything in and it says "failure at cursor 51212"
What should I do?

He is using GoToMyPC to access his windows7 computer running filepro 5.0.10.

He has been using remote access for more than 7 years without ever getting
this error message.

I don't know if this a filePro error message or a Windows message.

He emailed me later in the afternoon advising that after 3 tries he was able
to enter the new information.

I still would like to know what that message indicated.
