Have a client running 15 to 20 users on terminal server Windows Server 2008
Standard Edition 64-bit and filePro 5.6.10 with no problems.

You might want to download Process explorer and Process Monitor from  the
Microsoft website.

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653   (Process
Explorer)

With these tools you may be able to actually find the problem dclerk
session.
