I've dropped Anzio Lite due to bugs, and I've gone back to PuTTY. The
change is permanent, as far as I'm concerned.
In doing so, I deployed WinSize2 for Win32, which works flawlessly for
handling exactly this window positioning and sizing task. It's freely
availabe at SourceForge. Actually, it's really nice for handling keeping
my Pidgin buddy list window the size and place I want it as well (I've been
known to resize it, and I'm picky about my window sizings and placement,
often to the pixel).
Still don't agree with Simon's rationale, but WinSize2 does have its
advantages. I still need to experiment with the grouping feature.
