As an additional note, I can run filePro 1.2 on my 32-bit Vista box.  I do 
not have a 32-bit Windows 7 box to try, so I don't know if the fact that my 
64-bit Windows 7 box can't run 16-bit MS-DOS programs is a 64-bit thing or a 
Windows 7 thing.  (Does 32-bit Win7 come with a "command.com"?)
