for 5.0.15, fp tech back-ported the new license manager that 5.6 and 5.7
use.  this unfortunately is the price of admission to get the bug fixes.

you need to download a license file called licfp.dat (which you'd put
in your ../fp/lib directory).  it is customized per install based on your
serial # and some identifying piece of information for your system that
you put in when you register at: http://fptech.com/Download/lrequest.shtml
