5.0.15 Questions (GRX)

All,

Windows Operating System
FP 5.0.14

Objective:  Due to a fix in 5.0.15 from 5.0.14, we are trying to install 5.0.15 on our system.

I thought 5.0.15 was just a bug fix version of 5.0.14.  Why, when I try to install it, does it ask me for license information?  I have a valid license for 5.0.14.  Shouldn't it recognize that, and just install over the existing copy that I have now?

I have called FP Tech., but nobody answers the phone over there (not even sales, where I would like to find out about purchasing fileProGI, and left e-mails and voicemails with no response).

Also when I answered the question several times unsuccessfully about where the license was to be found, during the install, I gave up and decided to end the install, it copied all the files anyway.  I had to copy the backup of the old filePro(r) 5.0.14 programs back for filePro(r) to work again. 

Anyway.  Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can get 5.0.15 to work.

Another note:  We tried this on our test environment first.  Thank god we did that.

Sorry if this sounds like a rant, but we are a little frustrated right now.
