laser labels

This is yet one more thing that Print Wizard can do: converting continuous
feed plain text to full-sheet labels. With Print Wizard 4, it's easier
than ever. These capabilities exist in AnzioWin also, mostly.

Here's a nutshell:

1) Send plain text output from filePro to Print Wizard. Depending on your
environment, there are many ways to do this. The print job should contain
many labels, ideally more than one full page of the intended output.

2) Output can be to any Windows-supported printer.

3) Include the "/preview" parameter.

4) In the preview screen, right-click and select "Adjust report
placement".

5) Click the button that says "Label Wizard". If PW has correctly analyzed
the data, it will make many changes for you. If not, set column offset,
row offset, and lines per label.

6) Adjust margins, column offset, row offset. You can do this by editing
the numeric fields, or by dragging lines.

7) Click Test Print to print out one page of data.

8) Repeat steps 7 and 8 until everything is aligned correctly.

9) Clisk Print to print the batch.

10) You will be offered the chance to save those settings into a profile.
Do so.

After this, whenever you print this kind of job in PW, tell it to use the
created profile. You also have the option to reuse a partial sheet.
Right-click on a certain label, then select "Start labels here".

There are also ways to print barcodes, do shrink-to-fit, use variable
pitch fonts, and more. But this should get you started.

Hope this helps...
