Problem solved.
They had re-installed the printer (changed printer name) and switched port
to COM4 from COM1.
Printer seems to be printing now.

I can't physically tell if it is printing or not because the customer is out
of state but the printer queue doesn't seem to be receiving anything from
filePro. It is printing from Notepad.

Like I said, I tried that and it did not work. I'll check to make sure the
printer name is correct.
