Well, where does PFPROG set set?  (And how did you "fix" the bat file?)

Eww.  Why would he have done that?

Care to tell us who "they" are, so we know to avoid them?  I'd also suggest 
asking for a refund for their "services".  I'd love to hear their 
explanation as to why they removed all of those files.

And is this the first time you've tried to print since then?
