Hi,
I haven't found the problem yet, but I fixed the bat file so I can
print. Apparently the %PFPROG% contained the extra appl.
The problem was probably caused by the following:
A few weeks ago I installed a software upgrade and my computer locked up
when I tried to use their software. One of their tech guys linked into
my computer and removed some files and got my computer to working. But
then I found out he had somehow removed the FILES (not directories) from
within the c:\appl\bat directory, c:\appl\filepro\MAC directory and most
other files in c:\appl\other directories. I had backups and copied and
pasted back the missing files.
I am still trying to find out why and how he removed the files.
