Learning filePro

  Are there any resources for learning filePro such as manuals, books, tutorials, etc. ? I would like learn how to administrate filePro in case of a problem with our estimating program. I need this to be very basic as I have never had any training on any type of database program. Or, should I start out with something that is pre filePro to get a basic idea of what to expect from the program?
