We have a client that's on Citrix that we occasionally attempt to
connect to with a Cisco VPN and I think some crazy glue. - Anyway - our
main contact there some time back complained that she was having an
awful problem with her email (for a week or so when we found out). Then
we found out we had been missing email from her for quite some time.
Turns out she had just recently married and changed her email to her new
last name - Gay. When we talked to their IT dept, they just didn't know
why her email was not coming through. I said - 'you don't think it
would be because of her name change - do you?' I never did get
confirmation, but starting the next day her email was working fine
again. I just thought that was the dumbest thing.
