Oh we have static videos too. And faqs, and a blog that shows day to day 
changes and news. Some users eat up the blog and faqs and can't stand 
the videos or the classes. Some can't be helped any other way than the 
classes. The presentations have more advantage than being able to answer 
questions. They allow for audience feedback, the presenter can adapt to 
the mood of the audience and provide engaging personality.
The static videos on the other hand can be viewed by any one at any 
time, and don't require an employees time, whereas the classes are 
scheduled a few times a week and tie up an employee for the duration.
