Error on system() in fP 5.0.14 Win32 - Need Help

I'm certainly not a windows person, but as I understand it, cmd
doesn't call the same configuration files as command. So i wonder if on
your system there, if one sees "f:" or "c:" differently than the other.
Or maybe shell that isn't being nice doesn't like the forward slashes?
Just a WAG.
