I have a client on fP5.0.13 (Windows) where this occurs.  Whenever an application occurs issuing "a filepro error has occurred", the Windows right-side slidebar automatically slides down one page and you have to manually slide it back to the top.  This occurs after acknowledging the filepro error.  Never seen this happen at any other client.
